Twelve years specializing in 0-to-1 launches across hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and agentic AI — translating dense technical requirements into shipped products that scale to millions of administrators.
I've spent twelve-plus years designing for enterprise infrastructure — global cloud procurement, migration and observability consoles, and lately agentic AI. The work is consistently the same shape: take a system with enormous complexity underneath and make it obvious to the person operating it.
I lean on rapid prototyping and technical depth. They let me debate architecture tradeoffs with engineers, hold a clear point of view on how a complex workflow should be simplified — not just redrawn — and align the team on one concrete direction to build.
I lean just as heavily on user research — I run the sessions myself, and they're how I learn which complexity genuinely gets in the way and which the operator has just learned to live with.
Outside work, you'll find me on a trail, dialing in a new baking recipe, or with my family.
